I can also help coordinate with contractors and other building professionals, as well as providing guidance and advice throughout the process.

All plans are designed to comply with the BC Building Code and can include options to meet higher energy efficiency standards such as the Upper Steps of the BC Energy Step Code or even Passive House.

I’m based in Nelson, B.C. but projects from further afield are welcome. Engineered structural components such as roof trusses can easily be sourced locally to meet design loads at your location, but you may require a builder or local building professional to review the plans to ensure compliance with local bylaws and other requirements.
